  Yes as it tests me but also speeds up the day 🙂

  I definitely prefer challenging to boring!

  Absolutely! I get bored very easily and I can’t focus on the same thing all the time so while I have something challenging me I can keep my mind on it for longer meaning I’m much more productive!

  Yes – if the work is too easy I get bored and look for excuses not to do it! I’ll usually try to delegate it to someone else who needs to get the experience doing it.
